We thought the dear Doc was very excellent. Professional, concise, good equipment. Good manner. Mother and baby doing well. He was even kind enough to tell us it’s a boy!  Sadly, our US doctor seemed very put out… as territorial as she is misinformed, so we’re using someone else who understands modern equipment better. Let’s hope our new U.S. Doctor is as up to date as Dr. Novales! I would strongly recommend both your service and your medical team.
