I have lived in Guatemala for over four years, and I’ve seen several posts online from people here looking for good doctor referrals, so I would like to put in my 2-cents worth in that area. We called Lori Shea at Guatemala Medical Travel for guidance with planning procedures, and the doctors she introduced to us were amazing. When our friend came down here for rhinoplasty, we totally trusted the plastic surgeon in the Directory because Lori has included a complete profile of information about his education, sub-specialties, patient reviews, and a gallery of photos. And it’s in English, so that’s much easier for foreign patients.

For things like dermatology, dentists, and my wife’s gynecologist we use her Medical Directory and we can just go on our own, since we live in the City and speak Spanish. Now, we have fantastic doctors right in our neighborhood. I hope other people will find her services as useful as we have.
