I’ve had so many conversations with friends in the USA that are struggling with costs of care and/or availability of doctors, that I wanted to remind people that medical care in Guatemala is high level, with doctors trained around the world and speaking English. Generally, the medical bills here are less than the cost of several month of premiums or your share of co-pays and deductibles.
